Shipping Policy

At Skin Solutions by Mia, we take care to get your skincare products to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. If an item is unavailable or your order experiences a significant processing delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Separate Shipments

Products may ship directly from our brand partners or fulfillment providers and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, email us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please email us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the product and packaging. Please retain the packaging while we review the issue.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, check around your delivery location and with other household members, then contact us so we can help investigate.
